AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 1: the RCAS sharpening filter, ported to
  HLSL and modified.

GTAIV.EFLC.FusionShaders: the 256 values of the Xbox 360 gamma curve that
FusionFix applies. Credited to its authors.

GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix: the HDR path repeats the arithmetic of
FusionFix's console gamma pass (the sRGB and Rec.709 standards, a power
of 1.2, the R2 sequence), written again from those definitions with this
project's own names, in the order FusionFix's shader does it so that the
result matches its pass exactly. Credited to its authors.

GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix and the game: the dither pass makes the decision of
the game's stipple filter (a pixel whose brightness stands apart from four
filtered samples around it is blended with them) and reads the mark that
FusionFix's shaders write where they dithered, so that it does before the
upscaler what FusionFix's filter does after it. Written again from that
rule with this project's own names. Credited to its authors.
